- Guinack’s attacks:
- Attacks against the eyes:
Guinack tried to blind Grognar several times. But I considered that the barbarian’s natural DR also protected his eyes. I had the idea that DR needed a limitation not to protect the eyes, when in fact, it needs an enhancement (Force Field ) to protect them. By the advantage description, “Natural DR does not protect your eyes” (B46).
Besides, striking the eye with an impaling/piercing blows or with lasers has the following effects:
- Can blind if it causes more than HP/10 damage;
- Is considered a hit that avoids the skull’s DR 2;
- Damage to the skull is multiplied by x4, after DR;
- The target must roll HT-10 against knockout. Failure means stunning, falling down and letting go any item it was holding. Failure by 5+, it is knocked out.
- Grognar’s attacks:
- Parry Grognar’s greatsword attacks:
I wrote down the weapon data, but I did not note that the greatsword was SM+ 1 and weighed 5.2Kg (10.4 lbs). Which would be 3x heavier than the rapier and 8x heavier than the main-gauche, used by Guinack to parry. Regarding the Babu Urso pick, the weight is only 2x heavier, with no breaking chance.
For the rapier, parrying an object 3x heavier means a 2 in 6 chance of breaking. For the main-gauche, parrying an object 8x heavier means a 7-in-6 chance of breaking.
- Limo’s lightning bolts:
Here is simple forgetfulness by me. All druidic abilities suffer -3 in skill level while inside the dungeon. His lightning bolts SL should have been modified by distance to the target plus -3 from druidic power modifier.
I also forgot that the ability description calls for an HT test with -1 for every 2 points of damage received to avoid stunning.
- Babu Bear’s damaged groin:
We rolled for stunning, but in fact, the roll was for a knockout. HT-5 test with failure meaning stunning, falling down and letting go any item held. Failure by 5+ means knockout.

- Pode cegar se causar mais do que PV/10 de dano;
- É considerado um golpe que evita a RD 2 do crânio;
- Golpes no crânio causam dano x4, após RD;
